Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use the support ticket bot (the "Bot") on a Discord server. By opening a ticket you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. What the Bot does

The Bot lets you open a private support ticket. An artificial intelligence system answers your questions using information provided by the server's operators. If the AI cannot solve your problem, it will tell you to contact staff directly and will close the ticket.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. AI answers and no guarantees

4. Your conduct

You agree not to:

We may close a ticket, restrict your use of the Bot, or ask the server's staff to take action if you break these rules.

5. Tickets and records

Ticket channels are deleted when a ticket closes. A transcript is saved to a private staff channel. In the first 30 tickets, staff may take part and their answers may be saved to help the AI answer later. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how to request deletion.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the Bot at any time without notice, including limiting how many tickets can be opened or how long a conversation can be.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer and server operators are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the Bot or relying on its answers. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
